Job Summary

Teach students effectively in assigned classes and maintain office hours for student consultation. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with students, demonstrated skills in successfully working with diverse populations, and the ability to provide quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students.
  • Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and visions.
  • Utilize technology to facilitate learning and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in the teaching discipline for credit courses.
  • Three years of direct or related work experience for workforce education degree or certificate courses.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in the specific teaching discipline and demonstrated competency for developmental courses.
