POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role will support the VP of Finance in overseeing all facets of financial reporting and control within our organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with operational teams and engage with our broader finance network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the monthly and quarterly closing processes, including accruals, journal entries, and inter-company transactions.
  • Conduct thorough monthly balance sheet and profit & loss variance analyses, along with related supporting documentation.
  • Prepare comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Analyze new client agreements to identify billable items and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
  • Ensure timely and precise invoicing for all fixed and variable fees.
  • Oversee weekly cash flow forecasting, securing payment approvals, and processing payments efficiently.
  • Adhere to internal controls and policies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Assist the Financial Controller and local teams during year-end and interim audits, as well as in the preparation of statutory accounts.
  • Collaborate with the intercompany team to ensure alignment of inter-company balances and proactively resolve discrepancies.
  • Support various projects and respond to additional ad hoc requests as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
