Prestonwood Country Club is seeking Front Desk Associates for our Fitness Center. These positions are Part-Time with shifts available in the morning from 6am to 12pm and evening from 4:30pm to 9pm, including weekends. We are a privately owned country club located in a premier residential community. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Associate is tasked with providing front desk services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment for members and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Verifies member and guest status.
  • Handles phone inquiries, takes messages, and directs calls.
  • Guides members to the appropriate staff and assists with appointment scheduling.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding operational hours, check-in procedures, guest fees, and scheduled events.
  • Processes sales of merchandise and guest fees.
  • Maintains a tidy and organized reception area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent service to members and guests.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Showcase attention to detail in all tasks.
