Key Responsibilities

1. Provide swift assessment and intervention for patients experiencing urgent medical issues in a dynamic emergency room environment.

2. Administer medications, execute medical procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize patients and achieve the best possible outcomes.

3. Monitor vital signs, evaluate treatment responses, and adapt care plans as needed to meet immediate patient requirements.

4. Advocate for patient needs and facilitate care transitions, including admissions to inpatient units or referrals to specialized services.

5. Educate patients and their families regarding post-emergency care instructions, follow-up appointments, and available community resources for ongoing support.

Required Qualifications

- Current RN license
- BLS certification (and any additional certifications as mandated by the facility)
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
