Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through the case process from intake to settlement, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing emotional support and guidance throughout the case process.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Case Management: Monitor cases, verify client attendance, and communicate treatment plans and progress to clients and stakeholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including case notes, events, and progress.
- Communication: Communicate client progress to interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage medical records, mail, scan, and track government claim forms, and resolve property damage claims.
- Documentation: Draft legal documents, such as letters of representation and preservation of evidence, to support client cases.
- Confidentiality: Maintain client confidentiality, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols and guidelines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, sociology, or related studies preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 1-3 years of case management experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent telephone customer service etiquette, and superior time management skills.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace, with experience in CASEpeer legal management software a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Team-oriented, independently capable, and a strong desire to expand knowledge of personal injury law.
