About This Role
This Senior Business Account Executive position plays a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion within the small and medium-sized business segment.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SMB market and be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
Responsibilities
- Territory development including local business partnerships organizational affiliations and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand.
- New acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet Video and Voice services to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Generation of new leads through targeted businesses via various prospecting activities including cold calling canvassing customer referrals and partner relationships.
- Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
- Identify improvement areas through a consultative process enhancing prospects ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally to customers.
- Effectively manage a territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan.
- Team with technical customer service and related support staffs ensuring end-to-end customer sales satisfaction and driving new revenue growth.
