Job Summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled and experienced Hand Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Hand Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hand therapy services to patients, including evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, and discharge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with hand and upper limb injuries or conditions
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and goals
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and splinting
  • Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy
  • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or experience in hand therapy with a willingness to obtain CHT certification
  • Minimum of two years experience in hand therapy, with a focus on custom splinting and adult rehabilitation
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
  • Valid state driver's license
