  • Directly Observed Therapy (DOT): Provide DOT to patients diagnosed with active TB or Latent TB Infection, ensure patients complete their prescribed treatment regimens, and document adherence to treatment.
  • Sputum Specimen Collection: Assist in the collection of sputum specimens for TB diagnostic testing, educate patients on proper collection techniques, and facilitate referrals for further diagnostic tests.
  • Case Management Support: Assist the TB Nurse Case Manager in coordinating care for individuals diagnosed with TB or LTBI, ensuring patients complete required diagnostic tests, attend appointments, and adhere to their treatment plans.
