Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Residency Program at Prisma Health. As a Nurse Residency Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support the growth and development of new graduate nurses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care and optimize outcomes.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing required.
  • Licensed to practice as a RN in South Carolina.
  • BLS required.
