Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse Opportunity

TotalMed Staffing is seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join their team in Falls Church, Virginia.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PICU environment. As a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for critically ill pediatric patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
  • Experience working in a PICU environment
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
