Production Supervisor
Martin Marietta is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and support operational activities at our mining site. This role encompasses safety leadership, production management, and maintenance of plant and mobile equipment.

Work Environment
This role operates primarily in an operational and maintenance setting within a surface mining environment. The position frequently utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, typically requiring long hours and weekend work.
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel may be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mine Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work/military experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in aggregate operations preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a mining environment is preferred.
