Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual to join our sales team as a Luxury Sunglass Boutique Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives through building brand loyalty and cultivating new and existing customer relationships.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by making connections, offering personalized shopping experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers and management.
• Take pride in maintaining the appearance of the store, keeping displays and inventory clean and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and change with accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results through selling skills and drive to meet goals
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a quickly changing environment
