Job SummaryAs a Home Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect primary nursing care to assigned participants, including center and home care needs. You will work under the supervision of the Home Care Coordinator RN, The Elder Services Clinical Director, and Elder Services Medical Director, but will be independent in the application of advanced nursing knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect primary nursing care to assigned participants
- Manage complex clinical situations
- Supervise licensed and unlicensed personnel
- Report to the Home Care Coordinator RN
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing program
- Current Florida Registered Nurses License
- Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and means of transportation
- Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations
