In light of their ongoing growth, they are seeking a highly skilled professional to join their consumer loans product division in the capacity of Product Head.

Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Division Head of Retail Lending, you will take charge of a dedicated loans team tasked with crafting comprehensive product strategies for personal loan offerings aimed at enhancing profitability.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategic initiatives for product innovation, marketing, channel sales, and portfolio performance analysis to meet business objectives.
  • Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, including pricing strategies, feature enhancements, compliance standards, credit policies, and customer experience design to optimize revenue generation.
  • Engaging in digital product initiatives and exploring collaborative lending opportunities to effectively unlock new business avenues.
Candidate Profile:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of pertinent experience in managing unsecured lending product development within retail banking environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of unsecured loans and adeptness in portfolio analysis management.
- Proven experience in cultivating business partnerships and executing marketing strategies is a distinct advantage.
- A strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
