Objective of the Position:

The primary objective of this role is to deliver consistent daily nursing care services to each assigned Resident, in alignment with their individual assessments and care plans, while adhering to the guidance provided by supervisory staff.

Key Responsibilities:

This position is available for both FULL-TIME and PART-TIME across ALL SHIFTS.


  • Execute all designated tasks in accordance with established protocols and as directed by supervisory personnel.
  • Adhere to work assignments and schedules to effectively complete assigned duties.
  • Foster an environment of warmth, personal engagement, and positivity, ensuring a calm atmosphere throughout the unit and during shifts.
  • Assist Residents with personal care tasks, including oral hygiene, dressing, bathing, and nail care.
  • Support Residents in preparing for activities and social events.
  • Assist with the lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting of Residents as needed.
  • Respond promptly to Resident calls for assistance.
  • Report any injuries of unknown origin, including skin tears.
  • Assist Residents with meals and ensure proper food arrangements.
  • Treat all Residents with fairness, kindness, dignity, and respect.
  • Report any allegations of abuse or misappropriation of Resident property.
  • Respect Residents' requests to refuse treatment and report such requests to supervisory staff.
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:

Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of an 8th-grade education is required.
  • Current certification as a CNA in the state of New Jersey is necessary.
  • Ability to interact tactfully with personnel, Residents, family members, visitors, and the general public is essential.
