JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility is to ensure that the casino and administrative facilities are maintained in a clean, appealing, and operational condition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain cleanliness in areas surrounding gaming machines, administrative offices, and storage facilities.
2. Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, emptying waste receptacles, and cleaning ashtrays.
3. Ensure restrooms and other areas are kept clean, stocked, and hygienic.
4. Provide friendly and professional customer service.
5. Assist in relocating furniture, gaming devices, and other equipment as necessary.
6. Clean windows and maintain entryway mats.
7. Respond promptly to spills and maintain floor cleanliness.
8. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, making recommendations for purchases as needed.
9. Participate in training to uphold cleanliness standards.
10. Adhere to all safety practices and regulations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Understanding of microbial growth prevention and infection control measures.
- Familiarity with safety protocols regarding cleaning chemicals.
- Knowledge of effective cleaning methods and equipment.

SUPERVISION:
The position operates under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, who provides guidance on work objectives and priorities. The incumbent is expected to work independently while adhering to established policies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The role is performed in a corporate and casino setting, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires significant physical activity, including walking, lifting, and reaching. Employees may need to lift items weighing up to 70 lbs.
