Position Overview

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager specializing in Engineering for our Medical Industry division. The selected candidate will oversee and manage all engineering initiatives related to our medical equipment and facilities. This pivotal role involves ensuring the successful design, development, and execution of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Civil Engineering along with a proven history in project management. A key aspect of this role is the ability to establish and maintain efficient operational systems to meet business requirements. The candidate should excel in multitasking and collaborating across various business units. A solid understanding of the medical industry's regulatory landscape and its implications for project management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Define project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within the defined scope and budget.
  • Create detailed project plans to monitor progress and manage changes effectively.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to measure project performance.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards and procedures pertinent to the medical sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to drive project success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the Engineering sector, ideally within the Medical Industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Strong technical foundation with practical knowledge in engineering and technology.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
