Dietitian Consultant

Seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to provide consulting services to skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health settings.

This part-time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a company that values and respects its employees.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
• Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems
• Participation in the care planning process
• Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team
• Providing oversight to the food service department with routine audits for safety, sanitation, and quality of food

Qualifications:

• Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials
• Licensed (if required by State)
• 2 years of consulting/long-term care experience preferred, but we will consider many factors
