**Job Summary**

We are seeking a qualified Bilingual Caregiver - Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team at Sevita. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home or clinic setting.

**Responsibilities**

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Encourage and support individuals to participate in recreational activities and community outings
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community partners
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

**Requirements**

• 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
