Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products.
- Maintain brand and operational standards, ensuring a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard and following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles.
- Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist customers as needed.
- Act as cashier when required, following cashier protocol.
- Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run.
- Assist management in identifying and resolving issues in the store.
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
- Follow all company policy and procedures, notifying management of any infractions.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull, or move objects of at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
- Minimum of 12 hours per week.
- Availability on weekends, with religious exemptions considered.
- Availability on Black Friday and during the holiday period (12/19-12/31, we are closed on Christmas Day).
