Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate stocking of pharmacy merchandise.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret merchandise orders from a RF unit, including item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.
  • Select and prepare cases of product, cutting box tops and plastic from inner packaging as needed.
  • Constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb stairs while moving boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds regularly) using safe lifting techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise stocked and work efficiently with a team of 5 or more employees.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards and maintain a clean work zone at the end of each shift.
  • Attend training sessions and cross-train in other warehouse duties as necessary.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures of the CVS Health warehouse and DEA regulations.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job tasks.

CVS Health offers a competitive hourly rate, up to $22/hour with a.75 shift differential, and a schedule that allows for minimal weekend shifts.
