Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Pelvic Floor Therapist to join our team of experts. As a Pelvic Floor Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients, using your clinical reasoning and judgment to create personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to clients, using a holistic approach to address their movement health needs
- Use clinical reasoning and judgment to create personalized treatment plans, tailored to each client's unique needs
- Engage with local referral sources to support the development of your caseload
- Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education, to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in pelvic floor therapy
- Partner with your Clinic Director to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow in your role
- Licensed or license eligible in California
- Strong clinical skills and experience in pelvic floor therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
