Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and other team members.
  • Interact directly with clients regarding various requests, such as money movement, account balances, and charitable giving confirmations.
  • Manage distribution and receipt of clients' paperwork.
  • Utilize CRM application to perform various functions, including submitting tasks, running dialogues, creating contact entries, and tracking tasks.
  • Collaborate with other Wealthspire teams to coordinate items such as preparation and submission of client paperwork.
