Key Responsibilities- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of each apartment, including common areas and laundry facilities.
- Supply Management: Monitor and report supply needs to management on a weekly basis to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other staff members and residents to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive living experience.
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, and other hand tools.
- Physical Demands: Constantly stand, walk, and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing stairs.
- Lifting and Carrying: Frequently lift and carry cleaning supplies, equipment, and other materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Vision and Hearing: Constantly observe areas needing attention and respond to written instructions from management.
- Communication: Constantly communicate with staff and residents to provide excellent customer service.
Work indoors (66% to 100% of the time) and occasionally outdoors (1% to 33% of the time). Constantly exposed to cleaning chemicals, paint fumes, solvents, adhesives, and other substances. Frequently work in awkward and confining positions.
Reasoning DevelopmentApply principles of logical thinking to practical situations and accurately follow standardized procedures. Moderate reasoning development required.
