About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Psychologist to join our team at Page Mechanical Group Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development and behavioral health, with experience in providing high-quality care to children with complex conditions, disabilities, and chronic illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral health services to patients and their families in integrated care within specialty medical clinics, inpatient admissions, and outpatient appointments.
  • Provide behavioral health consultation services during specialty care clinics.
  • Provide short and long-term outpatient behavioral health care to patients with comorbid medical conditions.
  • Conduct clinical evaluations, employing scales and measures as clinically indicated, and diagnose conditions using DSM 5/ICD 10.
  • Compose treatment plans and formulate reports based on assessments.
  • Consult and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure psychological services are integrated into patient treatment.
Requirements
  • Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology required.
  • APA-accredited internship in child or pediatric psychology and training/experience in pediatric health psychology required.
  • Experience working with children on a multidisciplinary medical team, a pediatric psychology fellowship, training in neuropsychological assessment, experience with trauma-informed care, chronically ill children, supervisory experience, and a strong research background are highly desirable.
  • Current Illinois Registration/licensure in Clinical Psychology or eligible and able to attain within 90 days of hire.
