Director of IT

Proven Recruiting seeks a seasoned IT professional to lead our development team in building a custom website in C# and managing SaaS-based cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Management: Manage a development team to design, develop, and deploy a custom website in C#.
  • Project Leadership: Direct and steer projects from inception to completion, ensuring clear understanding of project goals, scope, and requirements.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with other directors to align with company strategy and vision, prioritize tasks, and ensure the team focuses on key objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Senior Management in IT with a background in Development.
  • Experience running a custom development project.
  • Experience leading small to medium-sized teams of.NET developers.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
