Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Preferred Therapy Solutions. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license or license eligible to practice in the state employed
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
  • Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
  • Ability to work well with others in a team setting
  • Must have CCC's
