Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled PBX Systems Specialist to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NEC SV9500 systems and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced telecoms solutions using NEC SV9500 systems
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot telecoms equipment and systems
  • Provide training and support to customers on telecoms systems and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements
