McDonald's Custodian Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filter oil fryers daily to ensure optimal performance
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week and take out and empty trash compactors
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
