Private Duty Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare professionals to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop effective plans of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based guidelines to inform clinical decision-making.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which you practice.
• Current Health Certificate (as per facility contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN experience preferred.
