- Doctoral degree in nursing or a related field.
- At least six years of full-time faculty experience in undergraduate or graduate programs in nursing.
- Past professional practice experience in clinical settings as a registered nurse (RN), advanced practice registered nurse (APRN), or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).
