Job Summary

We are seeking a veterinary receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for both our patients and their owners.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and processing payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
