Job OverviewAt Ocean Suites Motel, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Nighttime Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process reservations and handle guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist guests with their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Close the office and ensure all tasks are completed before the end of the shift
  • Process payments and complete daily settlements
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a motel front desk or busy office/call center environment
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Basic math and English skills
  • Able to type 30 wpm with 95% accuracy or higher
  • Spanish language skills a plus
