Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized care to our residents with respiratory deficiencies and abnormalities at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center.

• Perform focused interviews to identify specific resident needs and assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the resident's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and comply with PHI and HIPAA policies regarding any disclosure of resident status.
• Report changes in the resident's respiratory status to the Directors of Nursing and Respiratory Care.

• Unencumbered registered or certified Respiratory Therapist authorized to practice.
• Minimum of one (1) year respiratory experience in a skilled nursing and/or acute care setting.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-Time needed (3 Positions). Healthcare setting: Skilled Nursing/Acute care and Rehab services center. Shift: Coverage needed 7 days/week. 8-hour shifts, rotating weekends, regular 40-hour workweek.
