Apartment Leasing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Sandalwood Management, Inc.

About the Role:

This full-time position is based at our 299 unit apartment complex in Seabrook, TX - Dwell at Clear Lake Apartment Homes. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and tour prospective residents, provide community information, and rental rates.
• Lead Follow-up: Document status of leads and follow up with prospects.
• Leasing Process: Process and verify leasing applications and corresponding documents.
• Data Management: Update and maintain records and databases.
• Outreach Marketing: Promote our community through various marketing initiatives.

About You:

• Experience: 3+ years of LITHC apartment leasing experience, preferably with Yardi property management software.
• Language Skills: Bilingual, English/Spanish, an asset.
• Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, excellent problem-solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills.
• Communication: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all stakeholders.
• Customer Service: Superior customer service skills.

Requirements:

• Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
• Background Check: Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
