Key Responsibilities:
  • Record various month-end journal entries in the General Ledger.
  • Conduct account reconciliations.
  • Generate various month-end reports and distribute them to management.
  • Perform monthly financial reviews to explain variances between actual and budgeted figures.
  • Approve accounts payable invoices.
  • Serve as the administrator for accounts payable automation software and assist regional staff.
  • Conduct detailed analyses to identify trends, clarify past performance, and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional accounting teams to ensure uniform procedures across the organization.
  • Foster strong relationships and work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Assist with special projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Financial Modeling.
  • Familiarity with Excel macros.
  • Knowledge of general ledgers and financial information systems.
  • Experience with report querying and design.
