- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact patient care or staff morale.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- Mental Health Nursing experience.
- Master's degree in nursing or related field with BSN or Bachelor's degree in a related field or Doctoral degree in nursing or related field.
- Supervisory skills-Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and adaptable to successfully coordinate and integrate programs.
- Experience with executive level communication.
The position requires heavy lifting and carrying (45 pounds and over), pushing (1 hour), reaching above shoulder, use of fingers, both hands required, walking (6-8 hours), standing (6-8 hours), repeated bending (6-8 hours), climbing, use of legs and arms, both legs required, ability for rapid mental and muscular coordination simultaneously, near vision correctable at 13 to 16 to Jaeger 1 to 4, far vision correctable in one eye to 20/20 and to 20/40 in the other, both eyes required, depth perception, ability to distinguish basic colors, ability to distinguish shades of colors, mental and emotional stability, and hearing (aid permitted).
