Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Production Specialist to join our team at Volt Workforce Solution. As an essential member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and quality production of finished cases.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working on a 4-day shift (Tuesday to Friday 4 AM to 2 PM) with Monday to Thursday optional overtime (2:30 PM to 12 AM).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining high-quality standards in case production, including forming cases, placing products inside, labeling cases when necessary, and sealing and palletizing cases.
  • Maintain accurate visual inspections of label placement, case codes, piece count, and orientation as per product standards and supervisor instructions.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace consistent with supervisor's guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-3 months experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
  • Rudimentary language skills and ability to follow visual cues.
  • Able to identify different written forms, box labels, and bottle codes.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb, and/or sit frequently throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work specified shifts and adhere to company policies, practices, and procedures.
Work Environment:

The work environment is primarily indoors (90%) with occasional outdoor exposure (10%). The job involves working in a freezer-cooled environment, non-cooled warehouse, and may involve risks or discomforts such as working around moving parts and equipment.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary range for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 annually, based on national averages and location considerations.
