How You'll Make a Difference
As a Charge Nurse RN at Ohio Living Cape May, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and patients. You'll be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of STNAs, ensuring the highest degree of quality care at all times. This will involve scheduling, setting expectations, coaching, and monitoring STNAs, while fostering a positive environment. You'll also provide direct care, administer medications and treatments, coordinate transportation, consult with physicians, and serve as liaison with family members.
