Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure smooth production operations.
  • Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment performance and repair history.
  • Systems Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of programmable logic controllers, variable frequency drives, and electrical systems.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certificates in welding, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong electrical and mechanical skills, intermediate plumbing skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
