Position: Production Line Worker

Role Summary:

The Production Line Worker is responsible for efficiently operating on the production line, ensuring speed and precision while adhering to production standards. The individual will strive to enhance productivity without sacrificing quality.

Supervisory Role:

  • No supervisory responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute production tasks including packing and manual lifting.
  • Ensure products are properly sealed, labeled with the correct smart date, and packaged appropriately.
  • Transport products and inventory using a hand jack.
  • Notify the department supervisor of any defective materials or questionable conditions.
  • Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
  • May be reassigned to different lines based on workload demands.
  • Comply with all company policies and federal regulations.
  • Meet departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Job responsibilities may be adjusted with or without prior notice.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Able to complete tasks within the guidelines of provided instructions and standard practices.
  • Demonstrates a solid work ethic, responsibility, and energy.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • May involve repetitive motions.
