We are a leading name in the dog training industry, Off Leash K9 Training, LLC, and we are seeking to expand our team with one or two dedicated trainers in the Lubbock / Panhandle TX area.

This role is both demanding and rewarding, requiring a strong commitment to building professional relationships and achieving success.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must reside in or near the Lubbock / Panhandle area.
• Must have the capacity to board at least 2 dogs at your home for 14 days at a time.
• Must possess reliable transportation.
• Must own a smartphone.
• Must be familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Must complete a 21-day certification program at the OLK9 Training Facility.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Training and managing both small and large breeds, from puppies to adults.
• Addressing behavioral issues in dogs, ranging from anxiety to aggression.
• Engaging with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
• Traveling to appointments within the Lubbock area.
• Continuing education to enhance skills in training both dogs and their owners.
• Participating in promotional events.
• Demonstrating self-motivation.

The ideal candidate for the Dog Trainer position should possess:

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty.
• A genuine passion for dogs.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including the ability to create training videos.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours on weekdays and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The right individual has the potential to earn between $50,000 and $70,000 annually (or more), while enjoying the flexibility of working from home and engaging in a fulfilling career.
