About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Tech to join our team at ABM Industries. As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas, including the use of floor buffers, scrubbers, and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities to the highest standards
  • Operate floor equipment and use chemical cleaners in accordance with procedures to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
  • Notify management of any minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • 1 year of similar work experience using floor equipment preferred
