Responsibilities

As a Server/Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Clearing and resetting tables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including restocking supplies and equipment.
  • Providing guests with beverages, bread, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenishing as needed.
  • Transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
  • Complying with attendance rules and being available to work on a regular basis.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Table Settings: You should have a good understanding of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
  • Physical Abilities: You should be able to lift, carry, or transport up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Effective Communication Skills: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences.
