At Lifelancer, we are seeking a highly skilled Disease Management Specialist to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our Life Sciences talent-hiring platform, you will be responsible for promoting our oncology portfolio and establishing partnerships with healthcare professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in rare diseases and oncology to drive sales growth and market share within a specified geographic territory. With a strong track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, you will develop and maintain expert knowledge of disease states, products, and competitive landscapes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on rare diseases or oncology. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry or life sciences, is required. Strong communication and business acumen skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires significant domestic travel (approximately 50%) and occasional international travel. You must be able to fly via commercial air carrier and have a valid driver's license and means of transportation.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
