Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong background in pulmonary and critical care medicine, with excellent clinical and communication skills. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our ICU program.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ICU policies and procedures
- MD Licensure in the State of Maryland required
- Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care Certification required
- ACLS Certification required
