Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support the nursing staff and advanced practice providers (APPs).
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices in chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with a team of family practitioners and internists to enhance patient care.
- Manage the operational aspects of the outpatient setting, focusing on quality and efficiency.
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient environment.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- Experience in managing clinical teams is preferred.
This position offers a supportive work atmosphere with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. There are no night shifts, weekends, or holiday duties, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.
