**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Demolition Laborer to join our team at Perpetual Labor Sourcing LLC. As a Demolition Laborer, you will be responsible for executing various demolition tasks, including manual demolition work, site preparation, material handling, and tool operation.

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform manual demolition tasks such as dismantling structures, removing fixtures, and breaking down materials using hand tools and power equipment.
* Assist in preparing demolition sites by securing safety barriers, removing obstacles, and implementing safety measures.
* Safely handle and dispose of demolition debris, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery effectively and safely.
* Work closely with other demolition team members, contractors, and project managers to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
* Strictly adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
* Segregate and dispose of waste materials responsibly, following proper waste management practices.
* Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in construction or demolition work is advantageous but not required.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and working in various weather conditions.
* Strong commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential hazards.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
* Punctuality and dependability in fulfilling work assignments and responsibilities.
* OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus but not mandatory.
