**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at Avion Hospitality.

As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle room reservations, including checking-in and checking-out guests, processing payments, and ensuring that rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Maintain accurate records, including guest information, room assignments, and payment transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

**Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an asset.

**Estimated Salary:** $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
