  • Prepare, analyze, and report on profit and loss statements and other financial statements to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and valuation for all locations.
  • Process accounts payable and monitor cash flow, working closely with the operations team to maintain efficient cash management.

  • Conduct regular financial audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a restaurant accountant or bookkeeper is required.
  • Proficiency in R365 accounting software is essential, with a strong understanding of its application for restaurant management.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management, profit and loss analysis, and accounts payable processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial insights effectively.
